Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products that you (the "User") purchase from this website (the "Site") owned and operated by MtlWrx, Inc., d/b/a BladeSerpent™ ("BladeSerpent"). This Shipping Policy incorporates by reference the Site's Terms and Conditions. Terms capitalized below shall have the meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

(A) Shipments. In the event BladeSerpent accepts any order placed by a User, BladeSerpent will arrange for shipment of the Products associated with the order to the User to the address requested by the User.  Shipment method and level of service is at our discretion.  We ship using the following methods: UPS Surepost, UPS Ground, and UPS Next Day Air. 

(B) Shipping and Handling Fees – Order of $100 or Greater Shipped in the Contiguous United States. BladeSerpent will not charge standard shipping or handling fees for any products associated with a single order placed by a User that: (i) equals or exceeds $100.00 in total price, and (ii) is to be shipped to any state in the contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to total orders less than $100.00, or to orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, Canada or international orders. The User shall be responsible for any non-standard shipping charges requested by User or applicable, including but not limited to expedited or express shipping and/or surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items. If such charges are requested or apply, they will be shown at checkout.

(C) Shipping and Handling – Order of Less than $100 and/or Order Shipped Outside of Contiguous United States. For any order placed by a User that totals less than $100.00 in amount or that will be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, Canada or internationally, standard shipping costs apply, must be paid by the User, and are calculated during check out. The User shall be responsible for any non-standard shipping charges requested by User or applicable, including but not limited to expedited or express shipping and/or surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items. If such charges are requested or apply, they will be shown at checkout.

(D) Same Day Shipping.  We strive to provide same day shipping for orders recieved before 2PM Eastern Time.  Orders received after 2PM will ship the next business day.

(E) Title and Risk of Loss. Title to and risk of loss of any product passes to the User who ordered the Product upon BladeSerpent's transfer of the Product to any carrier for shipment to the User. Shipment dates provided to the User are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. BladeSerpent shall not be liable for any delays in any shipment.
